To ensure the best experience for every dog and to keep our schedule running smoothly, please review our grooming policies below.

⏰ Cancellations & No Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $15 cancellation fee

• No-shows will result in a $25 fee added to your next appointment

These policies help us respect our time and allow us to offer openings to other clients.

✂️ Matting Policy

Your dog’s comfort always comes first.

We do not perform de-matting on heavily matted coats, as it is painful and can cause skin irritation or injury.

• Dogs with pelted or severely matted coats will be shaved down

• A $15 pelt fee will be added to the groom

Please note:

Impacted coats (common in breeds like Huskies, Aussies, and Great Pyrenees) are not the same as pelted coats and are treated differently during grooming.

🦟 Flea & Tick Policy

For the safety of your dog and others in our care, we require full transparency regarding fleas or ticks.

• We do not remove ticks due to the risk of leaving the head embedded and causing infection

• We offer flea & tick shampoo, Capstar, and Frontline treatments as add-on services

If your dog has fleas:

• Please notify us before your appointment so we can go over treatment options

If fleas are found during your appointment and we were not notified:

• You will be contacted immediately

• You may choose a parasite treatment add-on ($45)

OR

• Pick up your dog within 30 minutes

A $40 fee will apply for time and sanitation if fleas are discovered without prior notice.
